This is a rich repository, containing the full-text of lengthy runs of hundreds of journals. The emphasis is on English-language journals, but some journals in other languages are included. Most of the runs are within the 20th century, but some runs extend into the 19th century and earlier.

This large archive is provided with a superb search engine that spans the entire corpus of the archive. The only weaknesses of the search engine have to do with text involving foreign diacritical marks, and also occasionally text in italic font (capital J seems especially problematic). If you are looking for the full-text of an article in a particular journal, then use the Browse function. If you want to search something that you think may be in the archive, then use the Search function.
