This was in turn continued by Systematics and Geography of Plants / National Botanic Garden Belgium [68.1999 - 79.2009], which was continued by Plant ecology and evolution [2010 - ] In addition, there was another journal Bulletin de la Société Royale de Botanique de Belgique = Bulletin van de Koninklijke Belgische Botanische Vereniging (1862 - 1989), which was continued by Belgian journal of botany (1990-2009), which was succeeded by Plant Ecology and Evolution (2010 - ).
