In 1850 the latter merged with the
Süddeutscher Apothekerverein (founded in 1848) to form the
Allgemeiner Deutscher Apothekerverein, later known as the
Deutscher Apothekerverein or
Deutscher Apotheker-Verein.
The Verein apparently ended its individual existence in 1850 when it merged
